"Clean room and great location "

"Location is good with walking distance to Queenstown downtown. But there is small slope when returning to apartment which may be a consideration. Overall the view is good and quiet. With the comprehensive facilities, we enjoyed the cooking at the apt with chill and easy dining. View to the harbor is unforgettable. Will visit again when returning to Queenstown! "

"Very businesslike, not overly friendly but professional. Location is a 10 min walk into town but it’s uphill on the return which was ok for us but just a heads up if you’re not keen on hills. "

"Really enjoyed our time there, the lakehouse and views are stunning. Away from hustle bustle of Queenstown. Food was great quality and well presented, service was very good, however menu was limited. Only downside was no shop or store nearby for drinks or snacks for our room."

"Stunning views, beautiful location although a bit out of town, easy quick drive though. Slow wifi although better if you’re in reception. No smart tv or streaming which was rough with the kids as theois no abc kids or kids channel. Hotel is a bit dated. "

"Reviewing for a group of 3 people. We had an excellent stay. The home was very clean, comfortable, spacious and almost luxurious. It is beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. There are spectacular views of the Queenstown region from different angles depending on which portion of the house you are in. Has a cool reading area/nook in the living room. The hot tub in the backyard was a pleasure to take a dip in after a long day of hiking, with nice views of the region and stars. Was quite loud only on 1 night due to strong winds, which are common to this region so may be wise to bring earplugs. Close to the Deer Park Heights attraction. Of note, this home is a little out of the way (10-15 min by car) of downtown Queenstown, but in a very nice and peaceful neighborhood. Was great to have washer and dryer in garage. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely visit again. It was an exceptional stay and one of the best stays we've had with Vrbo."

"No air conditioning, room was very warm and street noise loud so leaving the window open at night was problematic. We didn’t see that there was a fan in one of the closets until we were leaving which would have been helpful. "
