My check in was problematic although I presented my Passport and receipt for my 2 weeks. The room I was checked in was Not cleaned and there was a bad smell coming in from the bathroom into the whole room. The air conditioner was too small for a large room like that and was always hot in the afternoons.
Only,after Expedia took my complaint to the Hotel Manager thaty room was cleaned and the staff tried to give me better service!
Overall I think I received 2 star and Not 3 star hotel service that I paid for?
