"The service at this hotel was unparallel. I needed a medication and they sent a driver to the pharmacy to pick it up and bring it back to the hotel. I also needed hiking boots and they went to a hiking shoe store bought me my size got them on sale and brought them to the hotel. I’ve never experienced such incredible service before at a hotel."

"Everything about this property felt special—from the stunning location and breathtaking views to the serene atmosphere, charming rooms, and outstanding amenities like the pool, hot tub, and sauna. It’s truly the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in Portugal. The owners, Paul and his wife, were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and full of local knowledge, which made the experience even more memorable. "Staff at the hotel were superb.. I read some of the comments about five star hotel in previous reviews while the hotel itself may not be a five-star the staff and the service is easily five-star… I laugh at some of the comments…. if you want little slippers and matching housecoat, look like a prince and princess, then go to Palace… the meals were suburban with the first class chef from Brazil… when I came to the restaurant bar you couldn’t want more for service and quality…. awesome place for a weekend getaway… so inconvenient to get to some of the winery for tastings, but make the best of it…."

"Stunning! We stayed in the 2 bed suite is the Casio de campo building…it was like staying in a millionaire decorators apartment!! Huge patio to a stunning view of the mountains/vineyards. Wanted to cancel the rest of our trip and stay there. Breakfast was wonderful. Wine tasting unparalleled!"
