Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in a modern room - number 1 - with a beautiful outdoor patio and separate balcony overlooking the town. A tub & a shower! Lovely lobby area with multiple seating options, fireplaces and outdoor gardens. Highly recommend! Breakfast was plentiful and Delicious!

This hotel could easily be a 5 stars if they could take care of some small and other bigger areas of clear opportunity. The spa masseuse is wonderful, but the hot tub area is uninviting. The main pool is beautiful but could use someone to come in occasions throughout the day to check on glasses left behind, or even offering support for towels or water or cushions, etc. the pool down by the vineyard is terrible - no cushions and truly nothing makes that area worthwhile having a pool down there. Restaurant staff is kind but they lack service training and being more welcoming and selling the concept of the area. Breakfast quality is ok, but it is truly unacceptable not to offer a dinner menu that can be ‘a la carts’ in a hotel like this. The concierge people are not very helpful, anttitude is not great (annd I anm talking more than two we interacted with) and not even truly knowledgeable of attractions around. When you ask for more specific details, they lack depth of information. The property is gorgeous and has incredible potential and we still loved our stay despite these areas of opportunity. Hope they are addressed.

Acolhimento na chegada. Fizemos uma viagem longa. Chegamos ao meio dia. Diária começava apenas às 15h… nos sentimos incomodando por ter chegado mais cedo ao hotel. Eles tem concierge que pergunta que horas o hóspede chegará, informei… ao chegar, nos direcionaram dando opções de restaurantes na região, não houve uma acolhida em receber no próprio hotel direcionando oara outras atividades.

Hotel incrível, com excelente infraestrutura e serviço. Espaços muito bonitos e decorados, com destaque para o café e os biscoitos das salas comuns e dos itens do pomar. Quartos muito grandes, com todas as comodidades. Equipe impecável e preocupada encantar o cliente. Café da manhã variado com itens frescos. Gostamos muito das visitas de cortesia à vinícola com degustações e ao spa. Gostaríamos de mais opções de jantar além do menu degustação com harmonização de vinhos (o jantar estava excelente, mas o creme brûlée da sobremesa não foi nada bom). Sugiro também capricharem mais nos bolos do café da manhã, que não estavam fofos. O quarto ficava muito quente durante à noite também.
