「Travelling from Australia we were looking forward to our stay in Padua (Padova). Michele our host made early contact with us and provided clear instructions on how to find the apartment. As we were travelling by train to Padua it was very helpful to know the bus/tram options with our luggage. 「Extremely disappointed, not as described or pictured. Location was good and area was quiet with coffee shop very close. WiFi signal was not strong enough to use. Walls were dirty with smashed bugs. No toilet paper holders or towel bars other than the heated towel bars that didn't work. Couch was different than in picture, very uncomfortable. Other than couch, all chairs are hard plastic. No throw pillows or rugs. Strong smell of urine in bathroom. Only 1 working hair dryer. Supposed to sleep 10...

「Our second stay in Accademia area and first time with Rent & Relax. Great property and location. Host meet on time and was super helpful at check in. Unit was comfortable and clean. Great location on a quiet street but within walking or boat access to everything. Would certainly stay again. 」

「There is good and bad and unfortunately, the bad is REALLY BAD. First the good: This room is in a great location. It close to the water bus station and some great cafes and reaturants. The bad: The bathroom is small to the point that it's barely unable. The bathroom window wonyl close all the way so mosquitos can come into the room (in Venice, there are A LOT of mosquitoes because of the water). 「Pros: The host is super chill and very accommodating, the apartment is a dream. I slept so good, and remote working with the fast internet available was a breeze. If I were to go back to Abano I'd definitely book this apartment again. Cons: All was perfect.」

「When we arrived, the house was full of mosquitoes inside. We immediately contacted the host and they had someone come in and spray all over and kill the majority of them. They also swatted many amd left then smeared on the walls, but even then we still had to kill some throughout our stay.The pillows were terrible, they've been washed and washed that the cushion inside is separating and provides no support.
