「We stayed two nights and loved this apartment, great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but within a two minute walk to the nearest water taxi. The communication with the host was great and keys left in a lockbox on the door. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be everything you would need if you wanted to. Would recommend and stay again.」

「Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind sehr ordentlich, das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und die Küche mehr als voll ausgestattet.Das einzig zu beachtende ist die Badewanne, in die man zum Duschen einsteigen muss.Alle Annehmlichkeiten, Geschäfte und Restaurants, sind in der Nähe. Sowohl der Strand als auch die Vaporetto Station nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.」

「Die Wohnungen R5 ist sehr schlecht geputzt gewesen, kaputte Gartenstühle, Besteck und Gläser nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen, keine Pfannen, alles riecht sehr alt und Dusche voller Schimmel, Außenanlage sehr unordentlich, Kinderdisco viel zu spät und zu laut (keine angenehme Lautstärke, sowieso für Kinder), Poolanlage soweit in Ordnung, Animation Mädels nicht besonders motiviert, jedoch hilfsbereit bei der Suche nach freien Liegen am Pool. Genügend Parkplätze. Toll das es eine Bar gibt, wo man...

「Perfect place for our family to stay in Venice. Would stay again. After a week of travelling and staying in hotel rooms, it was nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. A kitchen for cooking was a welcome break from restaurants and the washing machine to clean our clothes was a bonus. Excellent location to get around Venice. Bridge at Accademia was more convenient than a vaporetto. Grocery stores were close. 」

「Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Wohnung war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber, toller Service seitens des Vermieters! Einmal in der Woche kam sogar eine Reinigungskraft, die die Wohnung gereinigt hat und die neu bezogen hat. Statt des Backofens war eine kleine Spülmaschine eingebaut, was uns super gefallen hat. Sehr gerne wieder!was 」
