"Very clean and comfortable with excellent staff"

"A pleasant stay all around. Room was clean, breakfast had lots of variety (Japanese and Western), location was close to station and the staff was very polite and did their best to answer my questions"

"This hotel was totally perfect! All staff were very kind, room was good and breakfast was healthy and we can drink wine at the breakfast."

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."

"Wonderful location. Highly recommend."
