"The room/hotel was immaculate...The bathroom sparkling clean ! The issue I had was that we booked two nights....our flight was cancelled. I called hoping to move the reservation over one day and they wouldn't do it. They claimed because it wasn't booked through the hotel. Can't see how that matters....we had to book another night....so stayed 2...paid for 3. Thought they might be able to do something about the third night I booked through the hotel website...but no. No upgrade, no breakfast, no adjustment of room rate....nothing. The room rate through the hotel was about $50 more than original booking."

"We LOVED staying at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and we stayed in a suite that was very spacious. From the moment you walked in, it felt like stepping back in time to a place that was old-fashioned yet elegant. The service was incredible; the staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed at all times. We recommend it and hope to return!"

"The hotel is amazing, it feels like Las Vegas or a beach hotel in the middle of DC. Amazing pool, in & out parking and a pretty good restaurant. The staff was very nice and super accommodating. The rooms are a little dated but everything you need. Can’t beat it for the city!"
