I rang the Hotels. com Gold Team expecting them to sort a credit for this booking and for them to find us another hotel in the vicinity. "It was an excellent location and staff was friendly with a nice breakfast. but parking was not good for us with a baby. We had to park far away and was not convenient with luggage and a baby. Even if they had parking available it’s down the street and level -3 without a lift…"

"Expedia said that check-in ended at 8pm, but in fact it is at 5pm except on Friday. Extremely complicated to receive the key of the room, which happened to be in a safe. The code for the safe was emailed by Expedia just a few hours before our arrival, while we were on the train with no access to our email. And on site we did not have a phone connection because of the proximity of the border with Spain. Luckily the weather was great!"
