「Only stayed one night but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff were super friendly, they let me check in early, were happy to answer all of my questions, and helped me book a private vehicle to Hanoi upon check out, which worked out to be the most convenient, quickest, and the best price. Would love to come back and stay longer next time! 」

「朝８時ころハロン湾に行くため荷物を快く預かってもらえました。 スタンダードで予約したつもりが最上階窓無しですがＶＩＰにしてもらえましたし、朝食はまだと言ったら食べさせてもらえました。 ﾍﾞﾄﾅﾑの食事はどんなホテルでもおいしいので楽しみです。 エクスペディアの持ちポイントが高かったのかもしれませんが。。。 ハイフォンは小さいので当ホテルからどこへでも歩いていけます。 朝食バイキングが食べられたのは初めて、思わぬ幸運で感謝します。 トイレも借りました。ﾍﾞﾄﾅﾑはトイレが困ります。 普段積極的にコメントしませんがそのときとても有難かったのでコメントいたします。 」
