「Everything about this property was fine. But for the price point it needed to be nicer. Inside the rooms was again, fine. But the floor had some spots that didn't look the cleanest (not bad but just like it needed a vacuum), the one comforter had some stains and i found a large ant in the shower and another fly looking thing in the bathroom. The outside of the rooms is where it really needed more help. The rooms looked updated but the pictures online don't match when you show up and they show...

「The rooms are clean and not over crowded with full refrigerator, stove top and sink, and you can get utensils and pots and pans from staff to cook without having to always eat out. The facility is immaculate. I have stayed a couple of times as it is quite near to Barrancas National Cemetery and I will stay again! A grocery store is right across the street, and it is convenient to restaurants, gas stations and even Walmart.」

「Check in was quick and friendly. Room was impeccably clean with attractive updates. Bed was very comfortable, firm but cozy. Why did I rate it a 2 then? I could not get on the internet and the staff could not be contacted. So absence of staff and absence of Internet for 2 days impacted my stay. Otherwise a 4 for sure.」

「Mold all over the room , we signed in and went to the room . The door didn’t lock & We immediately smelled it , used my flash light and i was very sick to my stomach . I asked for a refund and they told me that i had to pay for the first night and i said not at all cause im not even staying here .」

「We arrived. The lady who checked us in, she was super friendly, professional and nice. She accomodated us in everyway. The problem did not lie with her. The first room we checked into, the one bed had stained bed linens. It looked like someone had took and wiped themselves with the fitted sheet. The room, even the new room we were assigned smelled musty. Terribly musty. The outside door on the end of the building wouldnt close properly. Anyone could come and go. Also one of my kids ended up...

「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

「The hotel literally smelled awful the second we walked in. It’s surrounded by a chop shop in front and abandoned restaurants to the side. The room was filthy. The fire alarm kept going off. We asked for a repair and it took over 2 hours and me calling the fire department to get it fixed. The employee at the desk called me “white devil” because at the 2 hour mark I asked how much longer it was going to be before they could fix it. Total waste of money. I would highly recommend going literally...

「The front desk staff were very helpful. My 19 yr old granddaughter traveled with friends for a Senior trip to OWA and the staff were kind and helpful. It made her first solo trip a good memory. And, right by OWA. They traveled to/from the hotel to park and made it super safe.」
