The reception staff in particular were absolutely amazing. Courteous and helpful far beyond the call of duty. The hotel was quiet, pretty and really well placed for visiting Madrid

Very new and clean hotel room at the perfect location with perfect mattress!
Everything was great, the only issue was that the bathroom is just a little box in the corner of the room and the sink is outside the toilet. Also the shower has no privacy because of the glass door. We were a little surprised by the size of the room and the bathroom issues because photos didn’t show them clearly.
But other than that, everything was smooth. I was provided with free pass to the gym 10 min away which was nice.

Hotel pequeño y bien ubicado, con personal muy amable. Está en una zona céntrica, ideal para moverse a pie. Las habitaciones podrían beneficiarse de un pequeño upgrade, y una de ellas no tenía aire acondicionado. En general, buena experiencia.

Wonderful hotel
Wonderful hotel, so pretty and friendly. Breakfast was great and included in stay. Wine was amazing and not expensive. Was travelling back to Bilboa from Murcia and was close to turning so very handy but you couldn’t see or hear road. One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a while.
