Everything was clean and the staff were very helpful...above and beyond

Everything was great - superb breakfast with lots of choice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Cannot find fault with anything. Once we had negotiated the best way to find our room (it used 2 elevators and was easy to get lost) - we were able to advise other visitors who could not find their way. Overall, a terrific hotel right in the centre of Dublin.

We had a lot of trouble when none of the appliances worked because of an electric problem and you had to be a brain surgeon to get the washer to work

This apartment was in an amazing location, but to get the key its a bit of a hike. The drains in both our bathrooms didn't drain and ended up overflowing the shower. The glass door had been broken previously and a make shift curtain was used with zip ties. The place advertised for 5 people but only provided 4 shower towels. I used them to clean the overflow and did ask for more and why. The reply stated they would bring some by, but they never did.

Refrigerator didn’t work. QR code provided for appliance instructions didn’t work. Had to figure out how the hot water worked. Provided a stained duvet for couch pullout bed. Replacement linen was provided, but it was sheets, no blanket, and no pillow cases. Also, the linen was dropped off inside the apartment while we were asleep. We found that quite odd.
