「Rooms were spacious and clean. It was cosy and comfortable. Breakfast may be standard, but it is adequate considering the price. Parking spaces are large and free. The only thing I have to say is that the internet wasn't good enough, so I have to give it a few stars. However, I think it is a good hotel.」

「Too far from the center of Cologne. As we had no car, we had to take S-bahn (Local train) + Taxi. (The taxi driver even tried to rip off)」

「(Recommended) - Location - Break fast service including the person in charge. (Not Recommended) - The wrong Information on the booking - There is no on-site parking - Heating system didn't work - Moldy drain in the shower room」

「The staff where brilliant and incredibly friendly, would have been 5 stars but I do feel like the cleaning in the rooms could have been better. Lots of dust around, surfaces not wiped down properly before arrival and floors could have been cleaned better, there was hairs around the beds and in the bathroom on the floor and dust buildup in the corners of the rooms. Location is great, supermarket next door, lots of places to eat and a lovely walk around the palace gardens which is a 3-4 min walk...

「Friendly staff, great breakfast :)」

「Grote kamer, fijn personeel en ruime parkeergelegenheid. Kasten waren stoffig, rest was schoon.」
