We arrived late, so the 24 hour reception wa a good option for us. But the state of the hotel was not good. The room smelled like there had been a smooking, the door was difficult to open to our room as it was getting stuck on the carpet when pushed in. There was a needle in my fiances bed, so she unfortunately felt that. We were tired and slept fine in the bed otherwise. And the breakfast was ok.

We were in a rental car, so parking was a high priority and it was indeed adequate. We only stayed one night and all was satisfactory overall. Biggest issue was a lack of air conditioning in the loft for the third adult in our room. Good system with the key code for room entry.

We arrived late and the night staff at our arrival seemed more interested in playing games on their phones than helping us. The second day we interacted with a nice lady from the staff who spoke ok english and was helpful. We were allowed to put out cold clamps in their freezer, which was a nice gesture. Overall english could be improved in the staff. The elevator needs fixing. It's really slow, to the point where we wondered if it was actually working or not. It was, just very sluggish. The B&B as a whole was more or less what we expected for the price, but some staff members could use a course in customer service.
