We got there much earlier than planned and because we had two kids and lots of luggage we asked if we could access the room early. Not only was that ok, they chased up the cleaning staff to get the room ready as early as possible. The room was large and clean. Decent quality free shower gel and shampoo. Air con and very good double glazing meaning it cooled down and we didnt hear the airport, roads or trains! And black pit curtains meant a good sleep. "The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. However, the quality of the room was not what I was expecting for the price paid. The floorboards in my room were buckling and warped, which also meant it was very difficult to close the bathroom door. The air conditioning also was not very effective (which presumably they know as there was a fan left in my room too) not sure if that was confined to my room or all rooms."
