The apartment itself was spacious but there were wear and tear issues like a hole in the sofa, which is the only place to sit comfortably on an evening. "Excellent customer service, the road to the hotel was closed the day of our arrival due to a local marathon run. The receptionist met us at the taxi drop off & guided us through the neighborhood to the hotel pointing out landmarks & local amenities along the way. "

"Property was behind a very busy and high class restaurant. You will need to walk pass restaurant to see the apartment building. Checking in was easy and fast. There is a 24hour guard on duty for you to access in/out of building so it’s very safe. However, guard does not speak any English when I have a question to ask on check out time and if I could leave luggage somewhere in the building after check out. no other way to speak to anyone else. "It’s a beautiful property and the room and bed were great. Conveniently located near the Rome main train station termini. The Wi-Fi was a little slow though. "
