Third time I’ve stayed here. My favorite hotel. Staff are wonderful. The hotels cheeky playfulness makes a stay that much more enjoyable. The bed was great. Linens and towels excellent.

Slightly underwhelmed with the hotel. Would advise sing more on par with a low 3 star hotel not the 4 advertised. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was sufficient and frequent. Biggest disappointment was the standard of room. Very small narrow room, small tv with only one English Channel (Sky News). Bathroom not the greatest and low pressure hot water. Air con worked but often blew in cigarette smoke so had to keep turned off. Very noisy rooms with paper thin walls. Regularly woken up in the early hours to roudy drunken guests.
On the whole adequate if visiting the city and not planning on spending any time in the hotel other than sleeping. Great location wise but if like us you want a siesta or some down time in the room, this hotel is not really for you. To reiterate, staff really friendly and the highlight of the stay.

Our stay at Casa Mett for 5x days was enjoyable and whilst the hotel offers a lot in terms of luxury there were a lot of downsides too which I can only account for them potentially rushing to open the hotel.
Positives:
* Hotel and Facilities gorgeous - including gym
* Staff an Absolute Joy and always happy to help
* Perfect location
* Very comfortable bed
Negatives:
* Bedroom layouts were not very well thought out, too much clutter
* Curtains were too short in width meaning there was never blackout coverage and always woken up by light outside
* Electric plug sockets kept tripping and losing power every day - meaning no devices could be trusted to be charged
* Shower would leak into bathroom despite door being closed
* We asked for a quiet room on check in but were placed in a room close to a busy road instead
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Casa Mett and would happily return, however there are quite a few learning curves we hope they could resolve before that, especially seeing as the prices have almost doubled since launch.
