「当初ベルニナ急行に乗った後バスで移動してルガノに1泊してミラノへという予定だったため、便利な中心地の3星ホテルのスイートルームを検討しておりHotels.comのスタッフの方にも、部屋の設備の内容を確認していただいたりしておりました。わざわざ現地まで電話してくださったのに掲載内容や写真での矛盾やおかしいと思うことについての疑問が解決せず。それならと2泊にしてこちらのホテルに変更。結果大正解。まず思ったよりは不便な立地ではなく、ブレ山へのケーブルカー乗り場はホテルを出てすぐ目の前。又そこからシティトレインの発着もあります。坂を下れば便数は少ないもののフェリー乗り場があります。レイクビューのJunior Suite...

「Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
