"Moore House was very easy to find. All directions and instructions sent by the owners were easy to follow. The room was perfectly clean and just what was expected. We didn’t meet the owners until the day after arrival. Very nice and willing to talk for a bit. Breakfast in the morning was just as described and the coffee was hot. We didn’t inquire about the hot tub, but it was present. After a couple of incidents from other guests, Caley was very calm and cool and ready to work with all involved to reach a good outcome. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"We had a wonderful stay at this vacation home. It was clean, modern, and well designed, with unique features like the indoor/outdoor fireplace, bear carving on the front door, and striking spiral staircase. The home was comfortable, well cared for, and made for a relaxing stay."

"Loved the cabin, very clean and accommodating for our short stay! Only one complaint, please cut the grass, there were ticks, so reluctant to walk the dog in the grassy area, and it would have been a perfect night for a fire in the firepit, cool, not a cloud in the sky but, the grass was so tall didn't want to bring in the house more critters. Big thank you to the Mingo Saloon owner, helped us on off hours find a place to fix a flat tire and The Brown Garage taking the time to fix a flat tire on short notice. Spent the day, touring the area and visiting Snowshoe, which is so close by, maybe we'll be back during ski season. Thank you for the stay."

"The cabin is nice but all the utensils, pots and pan are very cheap., the bathroom towels is very cheap too! You need gravel down and around the back of the cabin, it’s a muddy mess! And thank God we’re able to get out with our 4x4 drive. The grass was so high, it needs cut bad. Thank God it was cool when we went this weekend because there is only one ceiling fan. You need another ceiling fan in the bedroom and another standing fan upstairs. Wilma, was very nice and helpful and the cabin is a quality cabin. I know they can make this cabin better and more convenient for the renters. The picture that I sent, of the dirt drive way was when we first got there… it keep raining for a day and half and got a lot muddier."
