Ottimo hotel, a 15 minuti piedi dalla reggia di Caserta, personale molto disponibile. Accoglienza ottima, il parcheggio in garage gratuito per la moto, ci è stato concesso oltre il check out per poter fare in sicurezza la visita alla Reggia. Da tenere in considerazione.

Eric, the young man I checked in with is a jewel! He tolerated my silly questions and got me settled in quite nicely. His dining suggestion was spot on! I never got the a/c to work, but I'm certain that was my failing not theirs.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata pessima : è un hotel di 3 stelle perciò che offre ai clienti e sicuramente non di 4! Colazione scarsa e da scegliere il giorno prima anche per l'orario! Stanza grande ma senza riscaldamento e con una pompa di calore, cassetta water rotta che ha perso acqua per un giorno e mezzo compresa la notte disturbando molto il sonno. Offerta vostra non corretta: saldata la stanza ad un prezzo o superiore.

Fint hotell och fina nyrenoverade rum på en gata med mycket trafik och buller. Jag hade rummet mot gården så det var lugnare. Kvaliten på produkten är bra men det saknas en del när det gäller service och uppmärksamhet från personalen. Incheckningen tog längre tid än nödvändigt, ingen info om parkering etc. Det var jag som gäst som behövde fråga om allt. Ingen gratis wi-fi, ingen personal i frukostrummet (fick hämta dem i receptionen där de satt och pratade). I rummet fanns info om utcheckning kl 12 men fick veta av receptionisten att det var fel info och att rummet skulle lämnas kl 10.30. All personal var vänlig men det brister i detaljerna o info
