"There is no air conditioning at this property and the water is not drinkable. For cooling, there are portable fans in every bedroom, which is a help. For water, plan ahead and bring a few gallons with you. The house itself was clean and comfortable. It was one of the most well stocked kitchens that we’ve stayed at. The property is quiet and secluded. Sunsets over the lake are gorgeous."

"Cannot compliment this house enough. All that we expected and requested was true to what was explained and promised. The home is well designed, comfortable and with all the modern amenities needed. This is not to mention the amazing view that never got old. It's proximity to town and Saddleback another plus and just the low-key environment we were hoping for. Highly recommend the house and the staff at Morton & Furbish. Will definitely come back."

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Lookout. The home was exactly as advertised, probably the most well-appointed rentals we have ever stayed in and very comfortable. Morton and Furbish were great at communicating and allowed us an early check-in which was important. The view out over Rangeley Lake was gorgeous. Highly recommended, we will be back."

"Loved sitting on the deck or dock with my coffee in the morning and enjoying the view of the lake. Small cabin with great view and good location for everything we wanted yo do. It was just 2 of us so it was fine but if there were more people even if they were kids it would have felt very cramped. "
