"Our family of four had a wonderful 3 night stay. We picked the location for the convenience to the lower beginner trails (we have a new 3yo skier) and that we could bring our dog. Even at the end of the season, the A frame neighborhood is still "ski in/ski out," which we enjoyed! We found the house to be very clean, well-maintained and exactly as advertised. We arrived late our first night and the heat and lights were on when we arrived. Check out was extremely easy on our last day. Looking forward to coming back next year!"

"8 of us enjoyed this perfectly situated condo! We skied in/out and hosted and had a great time with local family and other friends renting near by. The condo was perfect for out group of 6 adults and 2 children.It was clean and well equipped. The check in and out was super easy and all my texts with M&F were answered quickly and by a human. The skiing was great and we really could not have asked for more!The kids did not want to leave and neither did we! Will come back again for sure!"

"Terrific location and great layout with everything on one floor. Details should more clearly state no washer and dryer option. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, way too soft and lumpy pillows."

"Our small group thought this little ski condo was the cutest and coziest stay we could ask for on our first trip to Saddleback! Easy to get to, easy to access the mountain during the ski day, and very comfortable for our group of 4 guests. Ground floor for easy unloading, and pet friendly which is a must for my older pup. Plenty of seating, stocked with everything we needed, and overall great communication from the Morton & Furbish Team which made check-in and check-out a breeze. I didn't want to leave! Will happily be back in the future, and would enjoy checking out the other properties in Rangeley that Morton & Furbish host. It's a lovely town and I plan to spend more time there skiing and recreating with friends."

"ample space, perfect ski in/out location. our family of six had tons of room. only negative is the septic smell outside the condo building (noticed it at other condos we have rented). not enough to deter us but worthy of mentioning."
