  • Located at one of the best ski-in/ski-out spots on Saddleback Mountain, Mountain Brook Condo #154 is an end unit and the largest condo in the Mountain Brook complex—offering extra space, privacy, and spectacular convenience. Guests can step right out and onto the slopes, enjoying effortless access to skiing. Its prime location makes it easy to come and go throughout the day, whether you're heading out for first tracks or coming in to warm up by the fire.
    This spacious end-unit condo is also pet friendly, making it a perfect choice for families and travelers who want to bring their four-legged companions along for the adventure.

    Sleeping Arrangements: First Bedroom Main Floor King Master, Second Bedroom Upper Level Queen, Third Bedroom Upper Level Double and Twin. Sleeps up to 8 guests.

    Additional Sleeping Arrangements: Twin in Open Loft.

    Location: Mountain Brook Condos are located just minutes from the Base Lodge on Cahill Lane, nearby the Morning Glory Trail. 7.8 miles to downtown Rangeley, 14.8 miles to downtown Oquossoc, and 1.7 miles to Saddleback Base Lodge.

    FAQs: Two vehicles only! Additional vehicles can park at one of the public lots near the Base Lodge.

    Pet Friendly: This condo will welcome pets to enjoy the property. Please keep leashed outside!

    What's Included: Every home is stocked with all your household essentials, high-quality sheets, medium-weight blankets and towels, and a starter kit of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, trash bags, dish soap, and hand soap. Guests are asked to bring their own toiletries for their stay.

    This vacation rental is currently for sale through our real estate agency. If the new owners decide not to rent, we will offer a comparable rental in place of this one or offer a full refund. While staying at the property, guests must be willing to allow a brief showing by a licensed real estate agent if one is requested. If a showing does occur during your stay, you'll receive a $100 gift card to a local restaurant so you can enjoy lunch in town while the showing takes place! Our family loved 154 Mountain Brook! The unit was spacious and comfortable! The views are amazing. The location was just above the south branch chair lift literally right out our door put on our skis and off we went. We all hope to make this an annual family trip!

We enjoyed a great vacation up at Saddleback and in Rangeley (despite less-than-stellar ski and weather conditions). The rental was large and homey, and was well-located for easy ski-out and ski-in. Thanks to the rental team for being so communicative. We hope to return again in the near future.

Multi-generation Family Get Away

8 of us enjoyed this perfectly situated condo! We skied in/out and hosted and had a great time with local family and other friends renting near by. The condo was perfect for out group of 6 adults and 2 children.It was clean and well equipped. The check in and out was super easy and all my texts with M&F were answered quickly and by a human. The skiing was great and we really could not have asked for more!The kids did not want to leave and neither did we! Will come back again for sure!

The house was great! The skiing was great! Overall it's a great house. The only thing is that there isn't a lot of seating at the dining room table (only five chairs). The rooms were great and suited us very well!

Great Place!

This Condo was a terrific option for our 3 day getaway in March. Plenty of room for our family, comfortable and the ski- in/ ski-out was so convenient. Love that it was pet friendly and we could check on the pp several times a day with ease. One bed not the most comfortable- but there were plenty of others to choose from- otherwise, terrific.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The ski I /out was perfect for our extended family. With a 2 year old just learning the magic carpet and easy access back for nap time was just right! Couldn't ask for a more relaxing experience! Loved the space…

My family and I have been coming for 3 years and truly enjoy it. Well laid out for 6 people. Well equipped kitchen and hooks and benches for incoming skiers. It's a little tired - could use new carpet and curtains, and definitely more forks (6) and spoons (9)!

We love this condo - the location and layout are perfect for access to the mountain for a range of skiing abilities. Well stocked kitchen. All the amenities. Love the rubber grate, benches and coat hooks when you come in the door. My only negative comment is that the carpets and bedding need replacing.

Perfect Condo

The condo was more that what we expected. We've stayed slope side on many mountains but this was truly ski in and ski out. It was clean, plenty of rooms and a great value. We will definitely be back. Morton & Furbish did a great job at making the process very easy and couldn't have been more helpful.

Fantastic Property and Location at Saddleback!

We booked Unit 154 at Mountain Brook for a long term rental and it suited us perfectly! The property was well equipped- washer/dryer and kitchen was high on our list of priorities and this unit certainly delivered. Condo was very comfortable and a great place to come home to after a long day out. Everyone at Morton & Furbish were great to work with and exceeded our expectations in every way.
