「The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate. 」

「Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. 」

「We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. 」

「Gorgeous well appointed rooms, incredible allergen sensitive restaurant, fantastic salt water heated pool and hot tub. Staff were amazing! Pickleball, bikes for rent and golf are offered on the property. The hotel offers a welcoming relaxing resort experience. Sunsets and moon rises over the colorful high desert are not to be missed. The resort serves up incredible views daily! Star gazing at night is exceptional. 」

「Really great place to stay - super clean, comfortable rooms. Loved how dark the rooms are for sleeping without a million little annoying lights from different sources. Best sleep i've had in a hotel room! Really nice staff and a great price.」
