「I stayed at Silver Ridge Ranch for 2 nights and unfortunately had a very negative experience with the management. The manager, Jennifer, behaved in a way that I found inappropriate and concerning. Although I had already paid in advance through a third-party site (Expedia), she repeatedly called me and insisted that I needed to pay her directly. The problem with the place is that, while you are in beautiful natural surroundings of the Suncadia Lodge, this property has a view of nothing, not even the parking lot. For what the owners want you to pay per night, you would expect a little more. You are in the Suncadia Lodge; it shouldn't feel like you are at a hotel next to a major airport. 」
