We didn’t spend much time in the room because we were out exploring the park. The location is fantastic, clean room, staff was helpful but not too helpful when 8 of us showed up to check in at once. It worked out and we had a lovely stay!
We had a wonderful stay here. The property is incredibly comfortable and the location is perfect if you are looking for quick, convenient access to Mount Rainier National Park. It made our park day so easy!
The only minor drawback was that the lobby area was quite cluttered when we arrived, which didn't make the best first impression. I believe that the amenities provided here would be really useful for those guests who needed extras or had time to access the breakfast/ snack features.
The actual accommodations were excellent. We would absolutely stay here again for the comfort and convenience!
We like the proximity to Rainier. Room was clean The laundry was much needed after a few days of travelling.
Only complaint was the noise/footsteps of the occupant/s above our room even past 10pm.
Traveling with my partner and two kids. It was great we could check in late. They had a little store with travel size items you may need, including some frozen food items in case you needed food and a restaurant wasn’t open.
The room was spacious and had all the amenities needed. Great location to Mt. Rainier Nisqually entrance.
The only complaint is the bed frames were metal and creaked very loudly at the smallest movement.
Great place right outside Mt. Rainier National Park. Very friendly staff; big, clean rooms; super convenient. Our family of six had two rooms and we were very comfortable and pleased with our stay.
Very large and clean room. Plenty of space for everyone and comfortable beds. All the necessary amenities were provided. Also, it’s a small thing, but a pet peeve of mine is when properties have inadequate hooks for hanging towels. This room was thoughtfully designed with plenty of towels AND a sufficient number of hooks, which I very much appreciated. The location is excellent - close to the Rainier entrance and made it easy to get into the park early.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
We stayed in one of the free standing cabins for just one night. Very convenient, drove right up to unpack the car. Liked the outdoor seating areas. Inside, the one bedroom provided privacy and noise control from the bunkbeds that held our older children. The main room was a bit tight for all four of us, but clean and well equipped. Wish they would have switched sides for the handle/door on fridge to make easier to access -- but that is being petty. Walkable next door was a restaurant -- not great but passable. Also, there was a wedding at the next door outside venue that got a bit loud for wife - but I slept right through. Would gladly stay again if we wanted to be near the west entrance to Rainier.
The checking in late and frozen dinners helped us a lot after long day of hiking. The room was clean and bathroom was functional. It's located close to a park entrance but we had to drive for more than hour to get there from Crystal Lodge where the gondolas are.
Even though Expedia says that breakfast is included, that's not the case. There's a cafe next door though. Overall it was good place to take a hot shower and crash. The staff was really nice and helpful.
Stayed here for an overnight trip to the park. Room was clean, the people at the front desk were very friendly. For the price, I expected a muffin basket or yogurt or snacks complimentary in the morning. They did have snacks available for purchase. Room and bathrooms were tidy. WiFi was good. Decent coffee. I’ve no complaints about the property.
Staff were very kind and helpful, room was clean. No elevator nor offer of lifting heavy luggage to the second floor. No breakfast ... which they say has not happened in the past 4 years. Was very close to the park and bonus was seeing a group of 15-20 elk just down from the lodging.
