「Great staff, very helpful.」

However, the front desk staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They had a list of recommended restaurants prepared in advance, and kindly explained how to use the public bus system. Although some of the staff only spoke Italian, it seems their policy is to always have English-speaking staff available, so I didn’t experience any inconvenience. One thing...

「Great location, lovely property and we had a great stay here in the family rooms with the second floor.」

「Masseria Muntibianchi is a gorgeous, unique small luxury resort, the setting and grounds are beautifully laid out from pool area, private Spa pool, dining area and the suites themselves.」

「Staff were lovely, all super comfortable and clean - very short walk to spectacular rocky outcrop jutting into the sea from which to watch the sunrise. Borrowing the bikes and cycling into Otranto was fun.」

「Just used it as a stop off for a few hours but it was very clean, staff were welcoming, feee parking and great price」

「Situé en pleine campagne mais à quelques minutes d’Otranto, cet établissement permet une pause tranquillité et quiétude entre deux visites de villes remplies de touristes. 「Very well equipped hotel with friendly and helpful staff」

「Struttura immersa nel verde, si respira una pace e una serenità incredibile. Abbiamo cenato all’agriturismo, prezzo ottimo e cibo eccellente, complimenti alla cuoca. Personale gentilissimo」

「A beautiful masseria surrounded by olive trees and well maintained gardens, very close to Otranto. Farm animals are on the property. Great restaurant for any and all meals. Lovely setting, nice, quiet rooms.」

「we had a fantastic stay at Hotel Albania! Super friendly staff, an absolutely amazing breakfast (especially for italian standards). Every day we enjoyed an perfect Italian cappuccino with a superb view over the ocean. Can only recommend getting the room with the balcony (if you can), too. So worth it, enjoying the night lights of the city from above. Overall, full recommendation for this hotel and we look forward coming here again! Grazie mille :)」
