A lovely hotel in a quiet, established neighborhood, yet within easy walking distance of the bustling old town and beaches. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also took advantage of the spa services, which were wonderful. A relaxing and very enjoyable stay.

I was so grateful to arrive at the beautiful, antique stone San Giuseppe Demora in Otranto. The front desk ladies greeted us and directed us to the elevator and our rooms that were ready early - even in high season. The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and so refreshing with starched cotton sheets and excellent air conditioning. The shower was easy to access (important consideration) for one of my friends who had knee issues. Loved the mint and lemon water that refreshed us as we returned from touring the castle area- a ten minute walk from the hotel. We indulged in the spa. The facial was so worth it as it included massage of legs, feet, arms and neck. We paid for breakfast and it offered a unique sampling of protein and carbs, and gluten-free items. There was never any rush to leave and we also relaxed with aperitif right there later in the afternoon. Loved the place and will return.

Hotel excelente, cama confortável, extremamente limpo, bem decorado, café da manhã muito bom, com itens de qualidade e bem variado. Todos os funcionários foram atenciosos conosco, inclusive permitiram o late check out por 1 hora sem custo adicional. É bem localizado, próximo ao centro histórico, mas fora da ZTL, com acessibilidade para hóspede de mobilidade reduzida. Não tem estacionamento próprio, mas tem parceria com um estacionamento público próximo, pelo custo de 5 euros/dia. Gostamos muito da nossa estadia, e se retornarmos a Otranto com certeza nos hospederamos lá novamente!

Hotel pas loin du centre ce qui est appréciable, parking pas loin si l on veut pour 5 euros la journée, bon petit déjeuner mais personnel pas très souriant, un peu déçue de la chambre pas assez de luminosité, salle de bains sans fenêtre.

Localização muito boa, próximo do Centro Histórico a 10 min de caminhada. O hotel não tem restaurante, a não ser para o Café da manhã (excelente)!

The property is lovely close to the centre, castle and beaches . We particularly appreciated having parking Renis nearby - within walking distance to the Dimora. The parking attendant Anna Maria was very helpful . Staff at hotel was attentive and breakfast was very good .

This was a lovely spot on the edge of the beautiful Otranto. Classy well-appointed rooms in lovely old buildings. Staff were friendly and it was easy to get to, to park nearby and walk into the delightful old town of Otranto

Mycket bra hotel

Ett härligt o fräscht hotel som ligger precis utanför gamla delen med borgen o katedralen. 3 min till borgen. Bra rum o bra service. Receptionen öppen dygnet runt. Fantastisk frukost. Kan även beställa in omelett. Man sitter ute eller inne. Finns spa vilket vi inte utnyttjade. Bevakad parkering finns några kvarter bort för 10€.

Je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement. J'ai tenté de trouver une solution directement avec la direction avant de laisser cet avis, mais face à leur mauvaise foi et à l'absence totale de geste commercial, je me vois obligée de partager mon expérience. Voici les points majeurs qui ont rendu notre séjour invivable : Absence totale d'intimité : Pour ne pas être vu de l'extérieur, il faut impérativement fermer tous les rideaux/stores. Le choix se résume donc à vivre dans le noir complet ou sous une lumière artificielle constante. De plus, toutes les chambres de l'hôtel semblent souffrir du même problème d'agencement. Nuisances sonores et odeurs : Une odeur persistante de cigarette régnait dans la chambre. De plus, un espace sofa partagé est situé juste à côté de la chambre, avec une musique de fond audible depuis notre lit (bien que le personnel ait proposé de baisser le volume après réclamation). Service client déplorable (Remboursement refusé) : Le point le plus critique reste la gestion de notre départ anticipé. Nous nous étions mis d'accord avec un membre du personnel pour annuler et rembourser les deux nuits suivantes. Pourtant, le lendemain, un autre collègue a catégoriquement refusé de l'honorer. Résultat : aucun remboursement, aucun geste commercial, et une fin de séjour gâchée. Un hôtel qui privilégie l'encaissement au bien-être et à la parole donnée à ses clients. À fuir.
