"Really pleased with our stay. Better than the pictures showed and much larger room than expected."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like rock music."

"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble. Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom. The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average. The pool are was fabulous."

"Overall great experience. Hotel is quite beautiful and maintained. Staff were amazing! From the bartenders; (TB, Ramon, Johnathon, Valentino, Jesus), to wait staff; ( Jose, Millie, Elena, and so many more), and the hostess Nathalie Concierge Toni was very informative and helpful We found the Mosaic Restaurant food to be very monotonous as the main Buffett. As we booked all inclusive package, we were still limited to the other restaurants and premium beverages. Our beautiful oceanfront one bedroom suite was stunning and clean. The distance to the beach was a disappointment but they did have a shuttle service once a day As a final note, we would have preferred to have had more access to the other restaurants despite purchasing the all inclusive package with upgrades "

"My stay at GF Gran Costa Adeje was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located in Costa Adeje—just a short walk from great beaches, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless, and the pool areas were stunning with plenty of space to relax. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options at every meal. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and luxurious stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tenerife. I would definitely return."

"Despite arriving quite late due to airport delays, the team were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, which was such a relief after a long day of travel. They had thoughtfully set up a travel cot in our room for our little one before we arrived, which we really appreciated and made settling in so much easier after the journey. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a very relaxed and stylish feel throughout. Our room was lovely—spacious, very comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of options, with plenty to choose from and everything we tried being really fresh and enjoyable. Overall, the warm hospitality, great surroundings, and thoughtful touches made for a really enjoyable stay. We’d highly recommend Baobab Suites."

"Very clean and comfortable apartment, fabulous terrace and pool area. Near bus stops to get to the beaches. Hosts very helpful and friendly. Would recommend the apartment without hesitation. "

"The villa was clean and the area around it was well maintained-paths swept, pool maintained, filters cleaned, glass viewing panels washed. The pool was warm and clean, and deep.Cooking utensils were limited with none suitable for use with the non stick pans.A large piece of palm tree fell and narrowly missed my head. Had it landed on one of the children, it could have caused serious injury. Perhaps the gardener’s maintenance regime could be updated to include an inspection of the trees and these dangerous pieces be removed.Communication with the host was non-existent until our flight had landed in Tenerife, despite me having sent messages requesting check in information. Only once on the island were we contacted with details, all of which were fine, but considering there is a review on this site describing a family arriving and not being able to access the property having had no communication with the host, it was a stressful ‘leap of faith’ that all would be well. It would be worth insisting that the host company or person communicate with the clients, who have after all, paid up front for the accommodation outlines the procedure that they will be contacted on the day of arrival with instructions.I think the villa is overpriced."
