We stayed two nights here in late December. We really liked the warm breakfast. Also, we liked the central location! However, it was really surprising that hot water did not come out of the shower in the evening hours. We noted that to the receptionist as soon as we checked in, and we were told that we would have the same issue in another room and we needed to keep the water running longer. We kept the water running for more than 10 minutes, but still the water was lukewarm... actually on the cold side. The same issue continued on the second evening. However, hot water did come out in the morning hours although water pressure was very low. The hotel is noted for 5 stars, but in our opinion, this is barely a three star hotel at its current maintenance level. This issue needs to be fixed ASAP!

This hotel turned out to be the best choice for my stay in Lisbon! The room was a decent size, clean and with good water pressure in the shower and they also have an amazing breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were all amazing and helpful. I was celebrating my birthday and they surprised me with cake and fruit plates....what a wonderful surprise! And the location was in good proximity to ahopping, great restaurants and to Liberty Avenue. All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff

Room was clean, amazing location, super close to the airport. Chose this location due to provided transport to the airport. Would stay again.

The cleaning of the room needs to be done in a timely manner. Clean towels and sheets need to be replenished more often. Toilet paper needs to be stocked better. Coffee in the room needs to be stocked better. And vacuuming the floor better. Always hair and crumbs. Also the chocolates that were left we found bugs in them. Gross.
