「Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating.
