All was good, except, an option for a smaller pillow is needed. The only available pillows were big overstuffed ones, that caused me neck issues. I finally rolled up a couple of towels and used them as a pillow.

When I first stepped foot on the elevator, I was over taken by the smell of bleach and methane gas. Our room was on the 2nd floor and at the very end of the hall, the entire time we kept smelling gas. We stepped foot into our room and immediately noticed 2 dozen of Chinese beetles on the ceiling, floor and blinds. In the bathroom we found more beetles and tiny ants on the counter and floor. My grandson took a shower, only to find the shampoo, conditioner and bath wash empty. A night, we could hear every big rig go by, the windows rattled, I noticed the windows were single pane in Texas? I did speak to the front desk, she said she just got on shift and she hadn’t had time to check out the odor. I suggested they call an exterminator, When I mentioned the beetles and ants, she said you must not be from Texas and this is normal, we can’t get rid of them, I do live in Texas and we call an exterminator a couple of times a year. The gas smell was so unpleasant, I parked at the end by the side exits in order to avoid the smell, luckily I was on the 2nd floor and only had to go up one flight of stairs. We had lots of family, most were in the 3rd floor and did not have the odor, they only noticed the bleach smell in the elevator. One other couple agreed with me about the smell.

The AC was ok but had it been the middle of summer it would not have been adequate. There was barely any water pressure. I have thick hair and it took several minutes for me to be able to get my hair wet. Additionally, we were on the 3rd floor and you could hear the traffic from the interstate through the windows.

Went to check in and they told me my card didn’t go through and wanted me to pay again. I refused so they had to call the manager. Finally got in a room. The floor pieces in front of the ac were all coming up tripping us. Get up the next morning and the elevator is not working. Will never stay at this hotel again.

Very poor service

Check in was for 3 pm we arrived at 430 our room was dirty. We had to wait for it to be cleaned. The ac was broke on the 3rd floor hallway where our room was. The toilet had issues the tv service was in and out the next day our room did not get cleaned until 6 pm and all i was tild was the manager would be in on monday after 11 and of course check out was 11
