Was a nice hotel for the price. It was beside the road which was convenient but kind of loud but the hotel was comfortable and clean and budget friendly. I enjoyed the property and will be back. Its also not so busy so you domt have to deal with a whole lot of people which is a huge perk!

Room was gross, dimly lit, mold, light in bathroom falling out, toilet tank lid not on, non smoking room smelled dank and smokey. I was basically turned out of hotel at 9 at night when i asked to move rooms. Gentleman i dealt with very kind, gracious and polite.

The staff at reception was fine. The room on the other hand was absolutely not. The privacy lock to the room was broken off; bathroom ceiling and seal on tub were in very poor repair; the outlet near the sink was missing its cover, was not screwed in, and didn’t work. The room had roaches, saw three in different places, only managed to kill one of them. Several flies persisted in the room and several gnats. The refrigerator was lukewarm even on the coldest setting. Except for clean sheets, the room was uncomfortable and the property looked ghetto while in a decent neighborhood. I regret that I had to book last minute and wasn’t able to stay at my usual hotel. Will never stay here again.

For the price, it was very good. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Very nice location, restaurants and stores were within walking distance. I wouldn't have an issue staying there again.
