Cozy and private studio

The Studio:

We have a basement studio in a private home located in White, GA. The place is set up for one or two adults.
Great to relax, in a quiet neighborhood, private entrance, bright studio, covered fence backyard for our guests to relax and their fur babies. We will charge $ 10/night for 2nd pet.10 min to restaurants, Old Car City, shopping area, movie theater, downtown Cartersville, also nearby Allatoona lake, biking, running, nature trails, Lake Point Sports recreational complex short drive away. 35 to 45 min to Atlanta (no tolls) and many other destinations

This studio was absolutely perfect …it was quiet and the outdoor sitting area was even more beautiful in person. I would definitely recommend booking if it is available for your trip…I will be a repeat customer.

Great secluded private studio

My teenage son and I were in town for a 5 day baseball trnmt at lakepoint. Vito and daisy offered a perfect studio for us to stay. They communicated with us very well and the studio was perfect for us. It offered a very clean comfortable safe place to return to every day after his games. His game times varied and some nights we were late getting iThe private backyard was very well lit and in the mornings was a great place to relax and enjoy morning coffee. I met both Vito and Daisy during our stay and they were wonderful hosts. Very pleasant to talk to and really made our stay feel like home away from home. They even provided coffee and fresh baked cookies for us when we arrived. The area offers good restaurants and the local lakes were a great place to spend his time off. My son will play here next year and we will definitely book this again. Beyond grateful for having a place like this 9 hours away from our home to spend our time in.

This is the worst experienced that I've every had. I am a seasoned traveler, so I know bad! The room smelled like moth balls so bad that we could not bear it and had to leave the room and rent a hotel room. Besides that, the dishes were dirty and had hair on them. See picture. VRBO has not helped at all and literally hung up on me during chat. We only stayed in the room for a few minutes. We were simply asking for a refund.

Excellent Property and the owners especially Daisy were great.

Excellent for any occasion. Lena and I were there for two weeks for her to have back surgery and recovery enough to travel back to Maryland. Would highly recommend them and use them if I/we are back in the area in the future.

Quiet, cozy and welcoming.

The studio is in a quiet area, but close enough to Cartersville for some good restaurants, farmers market, and other events. Close to a couple of State Parks if you are ready for a hike. Vito and Daisy were fantastic host, the perfect balance of giving one privacy, but available if needed. The pastries and snacks were delicious and a welcome surprise. The backyard was private and beautiful place to sit on the porch swing and unwind with nature.

A Diamond in the rough

Linda & I were very impressed by the honesty and the photos and texts that Daisy & Vito provided to us during our planning stage. Daisy and Vita’s place

With all the options these days we were so very pleased to have chosen this facility. You feel at home the moment you walk in. From the filled fridge to the fresh fruit and snacks and even gifts for our fur baby. The bed was so comfortable it made it hard to get up and get going. Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Beautifully decorated space and Garden

Daisy was very kind and helpful. The place was beautiful with a lot of artistic flourishes. It was extremely clean as well. Daisy & Vito provided pastries from Panera Bread, which is our favorite bakery. There was also eggs, cheese, ham and bread for those who may want a more hearty breakfast. While there was milk, there was no creamer for the Keurig coffees. A lovely stay! Highly recommended!

above and beyond hospitality

Daisy and Vito's studio is one of the most charming places we have every stayed. From the personal touches to the beautiful garden view, this visit was one we won't soon forget. The studio was immaculately clean, had every accommodation we needed, and was quiet and peaceful. Daisy and Vito made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival. The garden is fenced in and was great for having a place for our dogs to have a quick run-around. Perfect for a weekend stay

This stay was fantastic. My husband and I booked it for a weekend together to attend a friends event. When we showed up there were complimentary pastries and all of the things needed to make a quick sandwich. There was even milk, eggs, and half and half in the fridge. A bag of cookies was the perfect late night snack. Their back yard was precious and we enjoyed a class of wine listening to a storm roll in. Everything was provided for us to make ourself at home. The studio was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I would stay again.

Cozy and Quiet

Daisy and Vito's studio was cozy and inviting! Everything was as described/pictured in the listing. Daisy was an excellent communicator and we had no issues during our stay. Our little dog felt safe to potty in the completely fenced in yard area and the natural scenery wasn't bad to look at while he did his business. The amenities provided were above and beyond including a welcome tray with snacks and wine. We ended up taking advantage of the available extra toothbrushes as well as the fresh eggs in the fridge. It was definitely all the little things and Daisy's hospitality that made our stay relaxing and wonderful! If we are in need of a place in that area of North Georgia again, we will definitely take advantage of the studio!

Awesome studio

Awesome studio apartment. I was wondering if it might be basement/cave like, not at all. Open airy & bright. Super clean, I know it’s pet friendly & would have never known there had been pets there. Owners were very nice, the courtyard garden is beautiful. Kitchenette is really only designed for heating up or snacking, which was perfectly fine (who wants to cook on vacation). They had it stocked with a nice selection of snacks & convenience foods which was very nice. Bathroom was clean & well kept. Beautiful linens throughout the studio. My only wish list item/suggestion would be a usb charge port or two either by the bed or on the desk. Will stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Best Rental Experience I’ve ever had!!!

This was, by far, the best rental experience I’ve ever had! I want to start by saying that Vito and Daisy are the nicest people in the world. They really made sure I had everything I needed during my stay and I can’t thank them enough for it. They were available to help always, but also gave me the privacy to make me feel I was at home. The studio itself was amazing! It was extremely, I repeat, EXTREMELY CLEAN, and it had everything I needed and more! Vito and Daisy even left stuff in the fridge for me and fruits to eat, which I really really appreciated! The backyard was like heaven on Earth, and even though I wasn’t able to bring my dogs with me on this trip, I know they would’ve loved spending time there! Vito and Daisy’s attention to detail is what makes this place so amazing! If you want a place to relax at an affordable rate that has everything you need, this is the place for you! If I could give it 10 stars I would! I will definitely be going back!

A most desirable and enjoyable experience!

My husband and I had a 2-day get-away to visit friends and explore the town of Cartersville. In looking at VRBO rentals I kept coming back to this darling little studio located in White, GA which is very close to Cartersville. It looked adorable and when we arrived we found it to be even better than we expected. The pictures are very nice, but this place is homey, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Garden Getaway

This studio was a great local getaway for my husband and I. The studio was clean and everything you could ask for was provided. They even included many small details that made you feel really welcome in the space. I wish we had a longer time there. If we ever need to get a place locally again we will look here first!
