I had a good experience, the room was clean, customer service was friendly and helpful. They even let me leave my bags and use their lobby for awhile after I checked out. The breakfast was pretty good and the rooftop area was cool to hangout. Only thing I would complain about was the noise, you can hear Club music late night. But this was expected, it's a busy tourist area. Bring earbuds or just don't come to Colombia if music brothers you lol. Overall I thought it was great value and I look forward to visiting again.

The hotel was great! It was clean, comfortable, and the service was outstanding. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar. The hotel is also very close to restaurants and shops. Occasionally the music in the street was quite loud, as the hotel is located in a very busy part of Getsemani. If you want to be close to where things are happening at night, this is a great hotel choice.

Nice hotel in a terrific area and great staff.

Nice boutique hotel. Great staff. Good complementary breakfast. Great area which can be noisy at times. For my solo travelers: you will have to pay for anyone not included in your initial booking.

Tidy compact hotel in excellent area. Staff quite friendly. NO HOT WATER for shower & shave, perhaps they think it’s not required considering Cartagena is very hot. Breakfast was very bland. AC top notch!

I stayed in a newly renovated room and it was perfect! Very comfortable bed, nice warm water pressure from the shower, and it's located in a very lively part of Getsemani. Free breakfast was available but I was too hung over from partying to partake, lol! They're also 3 swimming pools on the property as well. I will definitely stay here again!
