The staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. They were responsive to my dietary restrictions and helped with all of my questions and concerns. This is a great place to stay, and I would recommend it to any first-time travelers to Colombia.

Ruido terrible

Muy bien ubicado pero el ruido del exterior es terrible inimaginable no se puede dormir, por la ubicación del hotel se encuentra justo en medio de todo el ruido de los lugares de rumba

Es un hotel muy ruidoso y el personal nefasto, la habitación no era adecuada el ruido del exterior se escuchaba adentro en virtud de que las ventanas y puertas no cerraban del todo, se solicitó shampoo porque no había en la habitación y el recepcionista dijo que no había, nunca fue atento a pesar de que se le solicitó el cambio de habitación y había disponibilidad de otro cuarto, se molestó porque se Le Despertaba ya que dormía en un sillón (José Acosta era el recepcionista)
