"Quiet walkable neighborhood, really nice kitchen and backyard for dogs, comfortable bed, responsive host! "

"This place is a gem! The house is so clean and perfectly appointed. You can’t get a better location…walkable to so many restaurants and downtown. We spent a majority of our time on the huge covered deck. The host is very responsive and helpful. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this place is it. "

"Lovely and comfortable accommodations! The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower was great. The extras of toothbrushes, toothpaste and razors was a game changer. I normally have all of those items when I travel but needed a razor and it was so nice to know I didn't need to make a run to the store!"

"Property was very clean and appealing. Close to everything we needed.very well stocked. Great place looking forward to future visits"

"The property was well laid out. Had all the amenities that me and my family needed. Some of the best sleep my wife and I have had in a while. The location to UNC and dining was perfect. Would highly recommend this property to any family traveling to the area."
