New renovated 3 bedroom, central Chapel Hill!

Enjoy this newly renovated 3 bedroom/2 bath home in a prime location! Brand new master suite addition. Community Park at your back door, steps to Franklin Street and a short walk to University Place restaurants and entertainment. One mile walk up Franklin St to campus and 2.9 miles to UNC Hospital. This home does have a separately rented basement apartment with its own private driveway, outdoor space, and entrance that is currently occupied by a polite and quiet tenant.

*The property has 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has a double bed.
*Just to clarify we do have working heat! The situation mentioned in the favorable review is referencing an incident in which Hurricane Ian came through and blew out the pilot light. The heat was fixed the next day!

Wonderful location!

We loved the fact that a wonderful park with playground was walking distance away. The house was perfect to keep our toddler safe and entertained. The photos don’t show the warmth and the homey feeling one gets by staying here. We would definitely try to book this VRBO again!

House as described! Communication was easy and responsive. Great location. Close to campus - it is a drive and not a walk. There is a close by trail to campus that is about 2 miles which is nice. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Fabulous stay!

This home is in the perfect location. I'm moving my daughter into her apartment for school, and this home gave us a peaceful place to relax and rest. The house is updated, beds comfortable, and everything is super clean. Host is very responsive. We had a wonderful stay and I look forward to booking the property again on future visits.
