「on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.」

「Second visit to SeaSpace, location is wonderful with seaviews and sunsets out the front and fields to the rear and so wonderfully close to Porth. Facilities on site are excellent and well maintained. Stayed in Large Studio which are very well equipped with helpful extras like laundry racks available in a cupboard each floor as needed. Great breakfast in the cafe. Would visit time and time again, only reservation being the beds are very hard」
