「Peaceful, lots of sun, end of culdesac, large deck. Comfortable cabin feel. 」

「The property is good but honestly it is old and need to be renovated. 」

「Brandon the host is really responsive, as is the property management company (Evolve). Location is really amazing -- the neighborhood is great but you are super close to several ski mountains and fun towns like Tahoe City, Kings Beach and Incline Village. Rooms are great, most of them have their own bathroom and there's a nice wraparound deck, and the basement room is a good kids area plus there is access to the hot tub there. Also, the gas fireplaces churns out the heat on a cold day for sure...

「ZERO stars for accuracy of listing and TWENTY stars for the setting and view. This property was billed as luxurious.... in fact it is in the name of the listing. The grounds were amazing, the view spectacular.... the problem is that the house was very run down, and actually dangerous. Many, many issues. At the very least, luxury needs to be stricken from the description.」

「Spacious. Law is nearby.」

「Our stay was good and it was very nice to be so close to Kings Beach. The only minor issue of the door code not working was solved immediately and otherwise had no issues. It was nice to find plenty of towels, some laundry soap to use and enough paper towels and toilet paper available in the place. The commuity pool was not crowded and the kids enjoyed using it.」

「A great fit for a Tahoe weekend!」

「Good location and amenities although the pool was cold and dirty. Lots of beds, good for 2 families or traveling with grandparents. The lighting needs some work - very dark downstairs. TVs don’t have cable and it was difficult to stream anything. The dining table was over scaled for the space and almost unusable. No shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided in bathrooms. Kitchen was well appointed except no ice. The property has nice large sized units - good for families, Parking is close and...
