"Haven’t stayed in years but was very impressed. Our room was huge, modern and clean to perfection. Having only an area rug was great as my spring allergies are going crazy. The washroom was also spacious and very clean minus the decor under the fan needed a good dusting. My only complaint was there was no where to hang our towels in the washroom. Staff were great to work with. Will definitely be back!"

However we had an awkward and unprofessional moment when staff entered our room without knocking expecting us to be out of the room (“checked out), while we still were in the room. No apology was issued by that staff. Also hotel doesn’t provide any complementary umbrellas. "

"I can't really comment on the hotel itself as I couldnt get checked in due to lacking a card (despite having already paid for the booking). I've never been treated more disrespectfully in many years of traveling as I was by this hotel. Because of them I had to sleep at the airport as a solo female traveller. Absolutely atrocious way to treat anyone, let alone a guest."

"Absolutely would recommend if you want to be in this part of Toronto. Lots of places to eat and get groceries. Room has microwave and fridge. The water pressure is terrible. Non smoking floor but could smell smoke in the bathroom fan from another room (assuming). Room is dark. Even with lamps it just is very dim light. However bed is huge and comfortable. Great layout. Big bathroom. Desk and couch with side table all really useful for my business trip. Printer in the lobby for use and the buffet breakfast is lovely. Hotel is bright and modern and I would stay again."
