「An elegant property, clean and with a lovely bath. The softness of the water was a treat. Plenty to do nearby.」

「Liked everything about this stay. The property was exceptional . The decor, the bedding , the surroundings were all amazing. Every detail had been considered. Would not hesitate to recommend 」

「Sheepfold barn is a wonderful house in a very private location. Our neighbours were the sheep and cows grazing on the local land. It is conveniently situated between Keswick and Penrith with shot drives to many popular Fells. We celebrated my wife’s birthday in style! And the views from the Jacuzzi were epic. Didn’t want to get out.」

「Fern Cottage was lovely - comfy, cosy and clean. Perfect being a detached property, and the secure garage storage for the bikes was a bonus. Just be careful on the drive - it is steep and low cars may struggle with the hump at the top. We have a reasonably high car and still caught the exhaust with a fully loaded car. That said, it is a lovely property and we will definitely book again.」

「The house was very well equipped and everything worked as it should. The bedrooms were all good. Much thought was put into providing things to do indoors on an evening in or wet day. When we next visit Keswick we will book 45 Eskin Street.」

「A lovely property in a great location, only a short walk into Keswick Town. The house had good facilities and was nicely decorated. The garden was completely secure so perfect for dogs.」

「We have spent yet another week at Rock Lynn. Wonderful setting. It is peaceful. It has everything that we want. We will be back next year.」

「Very well equipped property with off street parking and plenty of off street parking, located within 10 minutes walk of the town centre. Everything was very clean and well maintained and the hot tub was very welcome, particularly during a hot period of weather. Beds were very comfortable. Only minor quibble was that there did not appear to be a bin into which to deposit our general refuse, so we had to bag it up and put it into the blue bin.」
