"The beds were really hard. The pillows had more knots than anything else. Worst sleeping experience I've had at a hotel in a long time. Do not recommend. Save your back and go down the road"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. The area and hotel appeared safe. The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. "

"The staff member I did meet was very sweet. Unfortunately, the room condition was not good. The floors appeared not to swept and there were multiple cigarette burns on the blanket. I requested another room, which was not the best either. Ultimately, we decided not to stay there. After speaking with hotels.com and the hotel management, the issue was resolved. "

"I booked 2 rooms with this hotel and spoke with a registration member. I was won over by the fact of a pool, and traveling with 3 children 4 and under, thats a deal breaker. The gentlemen messaged the hotel to make sure the pool was fully operational, and stated it was. When I arrived, the pool was closed and had been. I couldn't get a refund and had to stay where I didn't want too!"
