「I booked an accessible room. I then called the front desk and verified the accessibility either first floor or a reliable elevator. I was assured that I was preassigned a first floor room. I was given 206 which was neither accessible or first floor….no grab bars in the bathroom. Obviously an old room that had been refurbished but not very well. The shower was very poor. The breakfast was a joke, offering only 3 small options or $2 off a menu item.
