"I think it is a great place and we had a wonderful time, but there was definitely some room for improvement. With a pool full of people and children they closed the food service and on the following day food/bar and slide was not open till 11 AM even though again full by children and ready to play. It was the last day of school and is tradition every year it would just be a win-win for families and for them to send her the amenities around the time schedule of the people their as they see the hotel is full. Any family would tell you the kids want to go to the pool first thing in the morning so I have everything closed until mid morning is a miss. I feel they could make great money on having breakfast items and drink starting at 9 AM by the pool."

"We upgraded to the two bedroom two bathroom suite and that was a great move. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard/pool and there was plenty of space for three of us. The beds were comfortable, good amenities, walkable to a grocery store and several shops and restaurants, and not far from Old Town Scottsdale. We had a kitchenette, though the dishwasher appeared to leak a little. We also found a few food trash items in the room when we arrived (chips on the floor), so we decided to wipe down all the surfaces. It appears a child (or several) stayed in the room previous to us. Great staff and the happy hour and breakfast were a nice touch."
