「The house was lovely and met our needs.」

「We had a great time at this house! It was very clean, the property manager was very responsive, hot tub was a hit with the kids, and best of all the location was amazing. You could walk to the beach and tons of shops and restaurants. We had a family of 5 staying at the house, my kids all bunked in one room and we were in the other. San Diego weather is perfect so we were outside and exploring the whole time. Size of the house was perfectly fine. I would stay here again on our next trip.」

「The casita was the perfect spot for our getaway to Vista. The place was clean and just as expected. There was even chocolate chip and walnut banana bread. The backyard is cute and we saw tons of hummingbirds. We were in town to go to the breweries in North County and this spot was perfectly located for that! It was a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough!」

「Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. 「We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

「Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there.
