Location conforme Ă  l'annonce. TrĂšs belle vue de la maison. Mais surtout un calme absolu,idĂ©al pour se reposer. Parfait pour des seniors comme pour une famille.Grande piscine.Seul bĂ©mol les moustiques en TrĂšs grande quantitĂ© qui empĂȘchent de vraiment profiter de l'extĂ©rieur.

Haus und Pool sind schön und s...

Haus und Pool sind schön und sehr gepflegt. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit einem Carport, die Garage ist etwas klein geraten. Der Garten wird nachts bewĂ€ssert,– das ist wohl auch Teil des großen Problems, was andere auch schon bemerkt hatten: Eine – zuerst gar nicht erkennbare – Schnakenplage! Die kleinen Biester hört man nicht (wohl eine andere Art), verursachten aber bei uns große, lange juckende Quaddeln. Dies machte es unmöglich, sich nach dem spĂ€ten Vormittag draußen aufzuhalten. MĂŒckensichere Fenster gibt es in den Schlafzimmern, das nĂŒtzt aber nichts, wenn alles andere ungeschĂŒtzt ist und man morgens wegen der großen Hitze richtig lĂŒften muß; die schönen LiegestĂŒhle am Pool haben wir nur einmal benutzt, dann ging es ans Stiche versorgen. FĂŒr uns ist das Haus, so schön es auch angelegt ist, keine Option zur weiteren Buchung. Reisetipps: In Reichweite befindet sich der Stausee Lac de Ste. Croix mit den weltbekannten Gorges du Verdon, der (leider ĂŒberlaufene) malerische Ort Moustiers Ste. Marie und die Lavendelfelder von Valensole (CAVE: Ernte bereits im Juli), FrĂ©jus (sehr sehenswert) mit schönen StrĂ€nden und die Abtei von Thoronet.Die von uns gewohnten sehr schönen, fast tĂ€glichen Abendveranstaltungen im Sommer fĂŒr Einheimische (keineswegs nur fĂŒr Touristen) aus der Vaucluse oder der DrĂŽme sind in dieser Region weit spĂ€rlicher, wer es nicht kennt, vermißt wohl nichts... Zumindest gibt es nette AbendmĂ€rkte, in CarcĂ©s am Donnerstag, aber auch regulĂ€re, die man nach Tag sortiert im Internet finden kann.

Goed ingericht huis met fijn z...

Goed ingericht huis met fijn zwembad. Veel privacy. Heel schoon. Behulpzame beheerders.prachtig uitzicht vanuit de tuin. Nadelen: heel veel muggen waardoor we 's avonds ondanks het mooie weer niet buiten konden zitten. Probleem in heel de omgeving. En de laatste dagen hebben we 3 x een rat gezien. Doorgegeven aan de beheerders en zij zouden er gelijk iets aan doen Reistips: Lac du Croix. Een uurtje rijden. Strand Fréjus, ook een uurtje.Dorpje Contignac. 15 min rijden. Leuke markt op dinsdag en veel leuke restaurantjes om 's avonds te gaan eten. Veel franser kun je het niet hebben.

Es war ein toller Urlaub. Das Haus ansich war klasse. Aber angesichts der Jahreszeit (Anfang September 2017) konnte der Pool leider nicht genutzt werden. Dieser ist nicht beheizt und war mega kalt. Schade! Reisetipps: EzÚ ist ein absolutes Muss! Wennman also nach Monaco oder Nizza fÀhrt, hier unbedingt Halt machen.
