South Seas Beach Villa 2111 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that offers all the comforts of home and everything you would expect in a dream vacation. Enjoy relaxing in your screened lanai and enjoy the views of the tropical landscaping and the Gulf of Mexico. The owners of this beautiful vacation rental condominium have taken the property to the next level with all new furniture, TV's, paint and more. The spacious primary bedroom suite has a comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, flat panel TV and full bathroom just down the hallway. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The community pool is just steps away along with bbq and tennis. *Please note that the unit is up one flight of steps and there is no elevator in this building. Have additional guests? We also own 2005 and 2008 which can accommodate up to six additional guests each.

Important Note:
This condo is privately managed and not affiliated with the South Seas Island Resort. Guests do not have access to resort amenities. A paid laundry facility is available on the ground level.

Pool Closure: 
The pool will be closed starting January 5, 2026.  This closure is expected to last one (1) month.

The hotel pool and restaurants located in the very back of South Seas are for hotel/resort guests only. This condo is individually owned. There is a pool and, of course, the beach located right in front of the condo for your use. You will also have access to the association tennis court, BBQ grills, and the beach. There are several restaurants just outside the gates of the resort available to you, and you are saving over 50% from resort rates.
