"This house was a great place to stay! We loved the location near downtown Sawyer and used our bikes to explore the bike route. The house was in good shape and clean! The owners were very quick to respond to questions and organized about check in and out procedures as well as expectations. The location is also great to be able to go to St. Joseph and New Buffalo. "We had a wonderful experience. First, the location is amazing! It’s a two mile walk or five minute drive to the longest stretch of glorious sandy beaches with ample parking. We were at the beach every single day. The fresh produce stand at the end of the block provided so many fresh fruits and vegetables, including a basket of everything we needed to make fresh guacamole, including the recipe. Second, the house was absolutely immaculate. We have rented many VRBO properties and the kitchen and refrigerator were the cleanest we have ever seen! Additionally, it was so well stocked with pots, pans, colanders, etc. we needed to cook. There were also weighty glasses that felt great to drink out of and a selection of kids dishes. There were just so many thoughtful details. You will need to bring or buy your own spices. The beds were wildly comfortable, so much so that we actually peeked under the sheet to find out the name so that we could consider it for home! We had one small issue with a bed frame, but the handyman was there that afternoon and fixed it right away. Communication was exceptional. The great room was perfect for hanging out together, but there were also so many nooks to find spots for privacy. We only had five people there, but there was room for so many more and so much space for kids and adults to have fun! All in all, it was a magical week. I think it truly could be a four season place to visit. A"
