"There is major construction going on basicly in the hotel's parking lot. So there is a lot of noise and dust. The property was comfortable just outdated. There are not hot tubs/pools, outdoor grills, etc."

"We had an amazing stay at the Aspen River House. It was very accommodating for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The layout worked perfectly for a larger group, and we never felt crowded.The location was absolutely excellent — close to the ski slopes and nearby amenities, yet still peaceful and scenic. The views were beautiful, and we were lucky to see abundant wildlife right around the property, which made the experience even more special.We truly can’t say enough about the setting. If you’re looking for a spacious place with incredible views and easy access to everything, Aspen River House is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The Inn has a fantastic location. A few room improvements would go a long way - like adding curtains or blinds to the window on the room door to help block out morning light. The lighting in the room is very harsh bright overhead lights which isn’t relaxing. Outlets in strange locations and didn’t seem to have max voltage because our phones would charge super slow. Door don’t have a deadbolt and wasn’t clear if it was locked from the inside. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. "

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at this lovely property. The home had so many amazing details and was large enough for the entire family. We especially loved the two cabins that allowed the group to spread out and enjoy private downtime. We also loved the hot tub and the back porch. The property was quite close to both Aspen Highlands and Snowmass which made skiing on both mountains quite convenient. "
